Breckenridge Associates Real Estate Client Appreciation Party (JULY 3rd)

Please note that the Breckenridge Associates Real Estate Annual Client Appreciation Party will not be held on the 4th of July this year. Instead, we invite you to join us on Thursday, July 3rd, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at our Main Street office. We’ll be celebrating with drinks, desserts, and live music to show our appreciation for your continued support. We apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause and look forward to celebrating with you a day early!

Transportation & Parking

Due to road closures and high attendance, it's recommended to use the Breckenridge Free Ride bus system or lodging shuttles. Free parking is available at the Airport Road lot, serviced by the Breck Free Ride Red Route. Downtown parking lots are pay parking and fill up quickly, so early arrival is advised.

Pet Advisory

For the safety and comfort of your pets, town officials strongly recommend leaving them at home during the Independence Day celebrations, as downtown is expected to be busy.

Fireworks Notice

Breckenridge will not host a fireworks display on Independence Day due to wildfire prevention efforts. However, nearby towns like Dillon and Frisco may have fireworks displays, weather permitting.
